Promote mixed plantations to produce timber while providing ecosystem services
Welcome to the ForestInnov project website. Funded by the FIRCA-FCIAD, the overall objective of the ForestInnov project is to promote technic itineraries that maximize productivity and ecosystem services through mixed plantations of indigenous species. Mixed plantations have shown better resilience to climate hazards and emerging diseases, a positive impact on biodiversity and improved environmental services that positively impact agricultural production.
